TRIAL REQUIREMENTS
We require every guest to pass a camp trial before being accepted into the Stone Dog Inn pack. This allows us to assess each dog’s personality and ensure that they are the perfect fit for our Inn.
After a successful trial, we recommend starting with half days of camp to allow your pup time to acclimate to our setting.
Our guest's safety and happiness are our top priority.
If you are looking for boarding services, we require a successful camp trial followed by a trial overnight before any boarding stays. Our boarding guests attend camp during the day and must follow the same requirements as our campers.
This process helps to ensure that your dog is comfortable away from home, and sets them up for the best success!
We are not a traditional kennel, so ensuring our overnight guests' comfort is very important to us!
Parents can rest easy knowing their dog is in the best hands!

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
Our Inn requires a veterinarian certificate indicating proof of vaccines for Rabies, Distemper & Bordetella. We also require a negative fecal analysis, this can be from the last 12 months.
Puppies under the age of 16 weeks require two rounds of Distemper, Bordetella, and a negative fecal.
We do accept titer protection to be substituted for core vaccines.
We require all male dogs over the age of 6 months, to be neutered.
*If your dog has a medical condition that puts them at risk for receiving certain vaccinations, please let us know, and we are happy to speak with your veterinarian.
BREED RESTRICTIONS
While we adore every breed unfortunately due to our residential liability insurance, we regretfully cannot accept certain breeds at this location.
(American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Akita, Boerboel, Belgian Malinois,
Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Dogo, Doberman, German Shepherd,
Great Dane, Old English Bulldog, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler)
Due to the unique nature of our property, we have found that certain breeds may not be ideally suited to our Inn. Ensuring the safety of all our guests is our
foremost priority, especially given our location, and these considerations are fundamental to us.
These particular breeds often thrive better in larger industrial facilities where issues such as jumping, excessive barking, toy possessiveness,
and space constraints are less of a concern.
(Boxer, Catahoula, German Shorthaired Pointer, Great Pyrenees,
Husky, Weimaraner, Vizla, Shar Pei)
